If there is paradise on Earth , It is Here!!! Beauty, peace, quite , all on one place . Istria is incredibly beautiful and we couldn't have picked a better property to stay in. It is in a tiny rural hamlet and we spent many pleasant evenings drinking wine on the balcony, watching the sun set over the vineyards.

Villa Maslina is a great place for everyone who wants to relax and spend a peacefull holiday in Istria. It's very spacy and tidy. My stay there was a blessing. I enjoyed every minute. The beuty of the nature around it is captivating. I especially enjoyed the daily sunrises and sunsets which were spectacular there. I was very delighted, recomending to eveyone!

While staying in this villa I had one of the best experiences! The house is fully equipped, totally new, situated in the heart of Istra. The interior is just breathtaking as the view, very clean with separated bathroom for each room. There is a jacuzzi, sauna and a little gym in the basement, just in front of the pool, which is on the outside and has an amazing view. The owners are very kind and welcoming and the place is totally peaceful. It was worth choosing this place.

Our large group of friends has stayed at many villas over the last 12 years. In terms of amenities, this one was the best we have visited. The villa has fabulous views over the hills from poolside or the lovely balcony. The pool and jacuzzi are excellent and the pool table, table tennis and table football were well used. We ate outside under the poolside terrace every night apart from one night where we visted the excellent local restaurant in Vrh. The bedrooms are great with state of the art en suites. The owners are very friendly and even gave us a truffle breakfast! The villa is in a hamlet 15 minutes from a smallish town so this villa is not ideal for exploring the southern part of Istria (its about 40 mins to the coast at Novigrad) but it is ideal for some relaxing and is incredibly peaceful.

Villa Maslina was spectacular and all 11 of us had a wonderful stay. The villa was spacious yet well maintained, clean and was also well equipped. It looked even better than the pictures posted online. All bedrooms are great with bathrooms en suite. Our favorite chill out place was in the main living room with long sofa and at the balcony over seeing the nice Croatian vineyards. The villa also has a nice indoor wellness area right beside the private pool. We enjoyed the spacious garden and the pool table, table tennis and table football were well used. We found the owners to be very welcoming and friendly. Excellent value for the money! I would definitely recommend it and stay again.

The villa itself is large, modern and equipped to a very high standard. 5 large bedrooms with en suite facilities and a further two WCs. We particularly enjoyed the outside fully equipped kitchen area with BBQ and its own fridge and dishwasher. Could not be bettered. The wellness suite with sauna, jacuzzi and games room was enjoyed by all. The welcome from Radmilla (and her vast quantity of warm homemade Croatian doughnuts and wine) and her team was delightful. The truffle experience that she gave us was mind blowing and we all left very full and quite tipsy! We have stayed in many villas and all agreed that this was by far the best - the photos do not lie. Perfect villa, perfect location. Perfect, perfect, perfect.

One of the most beautiful places in Croatia! The family business, Masters, Goran and radmila-beautiful people! Excellent cuisine, silence, the air-everything you need for full relaxation. Recommend to all!

Highly recommended, wonderful, very clean luxusvilla with a perfect, well equipped outdoor kitchen, perfect place for a group who loves to eat, relax and enjoy life. Family Karlic are such lovable people!
