Villa Maslina is located near Motovun in the centre of Istria, on a hill with a magnificent view on the lake. The house has an area of 315m2. It has a swimming pool with an area of 50 m2 and a beautiful spacious surrounding with an area of 2000 m2 consisting of an olive grove. The house is built from Istrian stone and it is adjusted to the present lifestyle with modern and classic furniture. The villa has 5 bedrooms with bathrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace and an access to the terrace. On the ground floor is the wellness area with a whirlpool for 4 persons and a Finnish sauna, the play area with a billiard table and a dart board as well as fitness equipment. There is an access to the swimming pool from that area. Besides the swimming pool there are 12 deckchairs, an area with a grill and a summer kitchen. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms furnished in Istrian style with a view on the lake Butoniga. An additional benefit for guests is the introduction with Istrian gold – truffles. All guests have the chance to taste truffle specialities for free and to get introduced with this exotic food in the family-owned company Karlić truffles.
